Business cards are an easy and popular tool of networking where people often exchange cards in order to get names and contact information of persons they are interested in doing business with. Some companies give business cards to their employees, while others can choose to make their own business cards. Making business cards requires good quality paper like Avery Standard 3612 paper so that all the information written in the smallest font can be read properly.
To create a business card, you will first have to go to Word, select Letters and Mailings and then Envelopes and Letters. After that click on Options and select business card from the list of options in the scroll down menu. Enter your information and click on New Document. Make all the necessary style, design and formatting changes, save the file and print the card. If you are satisfied with it, then enter the number of copies you want and print as many business cards as you require.
